SUSPENSION
The aim of suspension set-up is to allow the motorcycle to
pitch onto either the front tyre under braking or the rear tyre during
acceleration & maintain maximum feel/feedback & have the best possible
harmony & balance during the whole operation off riding the motorcycle,
including ridiculous lean angles.

SUSPENSION SET-UP?
SET-UP provides a full suspension set-up (listed below) for
the road rider & racer alike, this applies to any road/race bike be it a
trackday tool or a one make series.

Chassis check over, steering bearings, swing arm bearings,
wheel bearings, wheel alignment, discs, calipers, tyres, pressures
& pads.

Forks out (* valve & spring - where applicable or
requested) wash, flush, rebuild, oil & air gap. Refit forks in yokes
with deck height applicable to that particular model.

Strip out
rear shock & fit either kit spring after servicing & re-gassing or fit new shock with appropriate
ride height change. Chain tension corrected & Laser Track
alignment.
Tailor make steel hose kit for front brake (rear also upon
customer request), bleed appropriate oil through system, racing or DOT4
dependant on machine application. Disc, caliper & master cylinder changes if required or requested.

Fit customer to bike, adjusting bars, pegs, ensuring all
levers & pedals are perfectly placed for that customer.

Test ride & dial in all spring & damper settings
for maximum pitch & harmony in acceleration & braking. A further trackside
set-up is available should a customer require this.
